The Clerk-Treasurer is an elected position that functions independently but in conjunction with the Town Council. The Clerk- Treasurer has a variety of responsibilities that include, but not limited to: Administer all town funds; accounts receivable and accounts payable; payroll; human resources functions; Clerk to the Town Council; Maintain records of the town; Administer oaths; Utility Billing and Collection.

Monday - Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm

Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. 

Please note that there is no official closing time for lunch. If the office needs to be closed during normal scheduled hours, we will make every attempt to post a notice on the front door or window denoting when the office will reopen.

Debbie Sillery


Debbie is the Clerk-Treasurer for the Town of Roachdale. She has previous work experience in public utilities. Debbie was elected to the position in November 2015 and began serving her four year term on January 1, 2016. Her current term expires on December 31, 2019.

Chyril Hoke

Utility Billing Clerk

Chyril joined the Clerk-Treasurer staff in September 2019. Along with daily office tasks and works in conjunction with the Clerk-Treasurer to prepare, send, and receive utility billings and payments.


Dog Tags

Dog Tags are available through the Town Clerk-Treasurer's office. A dog tag is required for each dog, each year. Please note that when you come to the office to purchase you dog tag(s) you must have the following information for each dog: name, breed, color, gender, owner's name, address, and valid phone number. You will need to pay by cash, check, or money order as the Town of Roachdale does not accept any other type of payment. 


January 1 - February 28: $5.00 per dog

March 1 - December 31: $10.00 per dog
